HK Corporate Recovery is comprised of business consultants & insolvency practitioners, with years of hands on experience in dealing with business recovery and corporate insolvency.

It is always our objective where possible to rescue a business.

HK Corporate Recovery was founded by Aidan Heffernan Managing Partner of Hitchmough Kinnear, a Chartered Accountancy firm founded in 1895. Aidan has specialised in Insolvency matters for the past 25 years and has been appointed an Exaimner on behalf of the High Court, as liquidator in High Court Liquidations, Creditor’s Voluntary and Member’s Voluntary Liquidations, has acted as Receiver on behalf of Banks and has advised on defending Section 150 actions. Aidan has also been involved in negotiating Schemes of Arrangement on behalf of Companies and individuals with their Creditors.

HK Corporate Recovery is based in Cork but provides Corporate Recovery services throughout Ireland. HK Corporate Recovery is licensed for both UK and Northern Ireland Insolvency work and is on the Irish Revenue panel of Court approved liquidators.

HK Corporate Recovery also retains the most experienced legal advice available in the area of Insolvency and Corporate Governance.
